Data the extension processes

The extension processes limited page data needed for its visible features:

• Healthie timezone option text, so the menu can show five approved U.S. timezones.
• The appointment start-time field, so the extension can warn about times outside 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Calendar element classes and styles, so available and unavailable time use clearer colors.

The extension does not inspect patient names, contact details, notes, diagnoses, appointment descriptions, or clinical content.

How processing occurs

All processing occurs locally in the staff member's browser. The extension uses the data only for the scheduling features described above.

The extension does not send page data to No Diet Dietitian, Google, the extension developer, or any third party.

Storage and retention

The extension does not store page data. It does not use Chrome storage, browser local storage, cookies, analytics, logs, or remote servers.

Appointment times and timezone text remain in temporary browser memory only. The extension retains nothing after the page or browser session ends.

Sharing and sale

The extension does not share, sell, license, or use page data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.

Site access

The extension runs only on these routes:

• https://portal.nodietdietitian.com/organization*
• https://secure.gethealthie.com/calendar*

The secure Healthie calendar route receives static calendar styles only. Interactive scripts run only on the NDD portal route.

Permissions

The extension requests no Chrome API, storage, identity, cookie, history, tab, or network permissions.

Security

No Diet Dietitian limits the extension to managed staff accounts. The extension uses the narrowest page access required for its scheduling features.

Changes

No Diet Dietitian may update this policy when the extension's behavior changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
